Layton Wu is a Taiwan-raised, Chicago-based songwriter and producer. His passion lies in Jazz, Soul, Boogie, RnB and Hip-Hop from the 1970s to the present day.
Experimenting with beat-making in Beatmakers Taipei, he befriended fellow producers Sonia Calico, qiubo and Conehead.After two self-released mixtapes, several singles were featured on UnderU (Taipei), Babel Records (China) and Tokyo Dawn Records (Germany) compilations, and he has lent production talent to the likes of 9m88.
Lately, he has been working on several singles and his debut album.
